WHY WOULD YOU LIKE TO SERVE AS A BOARD MEMBER?

My vision as a Board member is as follows:

1> By the HomeOwners

2> Of the HomeOwners

3> For  the HomeOwners

I believe that the current Board lacks the above and hence would like to serve as a Board Member. I have already launched a website called “WEHomeOwners.org” and request you the HomeOwner to submit your information on that for effective communication going forward. Together we can make Woodbury East Great Again!

WHAT IS YOUR BACKGROUND?

I am into Wealth management. I am a Registered Investment Advisor by profession and manage money for people. I have extensive knowledge in the Finance sector and believe that would be a great asset to have as a BOD and eventually bring down the monthly assessment fees that are currently hurting all of us in addition to the rising cost of living in Southern California.

WHAT IS YOUR VISION FOR THE COMMUNITY AND WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO ACCOMPLISH  DURING YOUR TERM OF OFFICE?

1> Bring the Monthly assessment fee down to a reasonable level

2> Review all the existing contracts with all the Vendors and make sure none of the contracts are on auto-renewal without being reviewed thoroughly

3> Increase the BOD from 3 to 5 so the work can be distributed properly among the BOD

4> Enable Electronic ballots so it is convenient for most people to vote. This will help the quorum to be met without which the current Board gets to continue forever even though they may not have the popular vote!
